2007 IRB Pacific Nations Cup

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The 2007 IRB Pacific Nations Cup is a competition held between five Pacific rim sides; Fiji, Japan, Samoa, Tonga and the Junior All Blacks (New Zealand's second XV). This year Australia A will join the competition after declining the Invitation last year because they wanted to focus more on their domestic competition. On 18 October 2006 it was announced that they would send their second XV. For this reason, the inaugural tournament will be the only one that carries this title, from this year the competition will be known as the Pacific Nations Cup.
