The label operates through Sony BMG, and is primarily distributed by J Records & Interscope[1]; the label, however, has a repuatation for releasing material through joint ventures with other companies, outside of the Sony BMG-sect. Full Suface also distributes ThugLine Records, a label founded by Wish Bone and Krayzie Bone (of Bone Thugs-n-Harmony). Recently Drag-On signed to Full Surface[2]. DMX was about to sign to Full Surface but chose Sony Urban Music instead[3].
