Kermanshahi Kurds refers to Iranian Kurdish people who live mainly in Kermanshah province.

Kermanshahi ethnic group is a subgroup of Kurdish ethnic group and they speak Kermanshahi dialect of Kurdish language which itself belongs to Iranian family of languages. Many are bilingual in Kermanshahi Kurdish and Persian specially in urban areas. Younger generation in urban areas tends to speak Persian as the first language. An accent of Persian called Kermanshahi Persian has been current in the area for hundreds of years. The overwhelming majority of Kermanshahi people are Shia Muslims.

One of the renowned scientists and writers of this region is Al-Dinawari who was born at Dinawar north-east of Kermanshah. He lived in 9th century and has written many books in astronomy, botany and history. Notable people born in Kermansha include British author Doris Lessing (b. 1919), whose father, a British army officer, was stationed there at the time of her birth.

Shahram Nazeri a renowned master of Persian classical music and Kurdish music is a Kermanshahi Kurd.
