Tamie Sheffield is an American film actress, model and a former professional wrestler.

Tamie Sheffield graduated cum laude from West Chester University with a degree in Elementary Education. She was a cheerleader from junior high through college. Tamie gave campus tours and was in the Phi Sigma Sigma sorority.

She wrestled as Sandy in a tag team with Summer called "The Beach Patrol" in Women of Wrestling in 2000 and 2001. The gimmick was a takeoff of the Baywatch lifeguards.

Tamie started her acting career in 1999 in the movie Wildflower.
